1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vertex Hire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vertex Hire. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it on the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately at mukul@vertexhire.co if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vertex Hire to post false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, violate any applicable laws, or use the service for any purpose other than genuine employment search or hiring.
5. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of the content you submit (resume, profile, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Vertex Hire a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content with employers as part of the matching service. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit.
6. Platform Role
Vertex Hire is a platform that facilitates connections between developers and startups. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee job placement. We are not a party to any employment agreement that may result from use of the platform.
7. Fees
Vertex Hire is currently free for developers. Startups may be subject to fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. We reserve the right to introduce or change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour we deem harmful to the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vertex Hire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertex Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or data loss.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
